RETURNS & refunds

there are no refunds unless the item you purchased is defective. if there is a defect in any of the balloons you purchased, please take a photo of the defect, and we will replace that balloon at no charge or refund you for that balloon.

we do not accept returns due to the nature of the product. 

cancellations

orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to original pickup or delivery time. if you fail to cancel within the 48 hour period, you can still get your order, but there will be NO refund. 

date & time change of AN order

if you need to change the date or time of your order, you will need to contact us at 970-980-1616 to make that change. ALL CHANGES MUST BE DONE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THE ORIGIONAL DELIVERY OR PICKUP TIME. 

defective item

If there is a defect in a balloon, we need a photo showing the defect and we will replace it at no charge or refund your money for that individual balloon. 

helium filled balloons

balloons n' more will fill balloons purchased with balloons n' more and hobby lobby with receipt. balloons n more is not responsible for defects or quality of balloons purchased from hobby lobby and will not refund, replace, or exchange any balloons purchased at hobby lobby. we do not fill balloons purchased from anywhere other than balloons n more and hobby lobby.
